Location

The Hotel Aqua Natura Madeira is located in the picturesque fishing village of Porto Moniz, which is famous for its natural seawater swimming pools. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Many hikes or exciting coast-seeing excursions also start from Porto Moniz. The island's capital, Funchal, is approx. 45 km away, and the nearest Levada can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The 4-star hotel has a total of just 25 rooms spread over 3 floors (lift available), all of which face the sea and the natural lava rock swimming pools. Other amenities at the complex include a reception area with 24-hour service, an internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), two restaurants (1x "Sea View Rooftop" with Mediterranean and Japanese food, for a fee), a bar/snack bar, and a small outdoor area with a sun terrace. The seawater swimming pools can be used free of charge.
