Location

In the rural surroundings of Madeira's north coast, below Ponta Delgada and about 40 minutes from the airport, you can enjoy the proximity to the sea and the wonderful view of the mountains at "Casa da Capelinha". The swimming pool in Ponta Delgada is approx. 100 m away, shops and restaurants approx. 300 m, and a bus stop is 100 m away.

The "Casa da Capelinha" estate is characterized by an extremely familiar atmosphere. There are 12 apartments available for guests, spread across two houses. The restored manor house has been preserved in its original style, while the other has been recently built.
The complex includes a swimming pool, a restaurant (open daily except Sundays from 3 p.m.), a lounge with Wi-Fi (for a fee), a billiard table, television and game tables, as well as a barbecue area. A lovingly landscaped garden offers guests ample peace and quiet to relax and recover from everyday stress. An old wine press is reminiscent of the recent past, when viticulture was the main source of income for the rural population.
The house is named after the 16th-century chapel of the Three Wise Men (Capela dos Reis Magos), which is located on the property.
The chapel is worth seeing not only for those interested in history. Inside the chapel, there are wonderful paintings on golden wood carvings that have been completely restored.

Studio

The studios have a bathroom/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette, telephone, and a balcony or a small garden with a view of the sea or the mountains (S12).
Also bookable for single use at an extra charge (S11).
