The hotel is integrated into a pre-existing, fully restored manor house built in 1924. By preserving the historic building with its balconies, balustrades, and intricate gable roofs, it remains unique, lending the modern hotel a pleasant touch of nostalgia. The complex, consisting of the Pestana Miramar Garden & Ocean and the Pestana Village Garden Hotel (FNC199), features a shared large, beautiful garden, a total of 2 pools with integrated children's pools (sun loungers and parasols are provided), 1 indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness room, sauna, steam bath, and 1 games room. Further amenities include 1 main restaurant with a buffet, a burger restaurant, 2 bars (Pestana Village), and 2 à-la-carte restaurants, as well as 2 cocktail bars (Pestana Miramar). A spacious conservatory, which forms the center of the hotel and offers guests the opportunity to relax, is set amidst a wonderful Madeiran backdrop.

Studio Superior Miramar

The Studio Superior Miramar units are approx. 32 m² in size, located on the lower floors (basement or ground floor), and feature a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, a double bed or two single beds, kitchenette (with mini-fridge, pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses), cable TV (LCD), telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, carpeted floor, double-glazed windows, and a furnished terrace or balcony with a view of the pool or garden (US2). Also bookable as Studio Superior Miramar for single occupancy (US1).
(Additionally bookable under FNCA15 with US2, for single occupancy US1, at separate rates RW2).

Family Room Superior Miramar

The Superior family rooms have the same facilities as the Studio Superior Miramar units but include a bedroom, a separate living room (partially only visually separated), a kitchenette, balcony, and pool or garden view (F2U).
(Additionally bookable under FNCA15 with F2U, at separate rates Z2F).

Suite (FNCA15)

The Miramar Suites are approx. 76 m² and feature a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. They combine modern and classic elements, creating a unique atmosphere. The living room is equipped with an LCD TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, electric kettle, safe, telephone, minibar, and air conditioning, as well as a balcony/terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, and toiletries. (S2/S2Z).
