The Apartamentos Monumental Plaza by Petit Hotels are located in the main tourist district of Funchal on Madeira, right next to the Lido Shopping centre and only 100 m from the Lido swimming pools and the beach, approx. 500 m from the Forum Madeira shopping centre and approx. 2 km from the city/town centre of Funchal. The Parque Ecológico do Funchal is approx. 7 km away. Madeira International Airport is approx. 14.2 km away.

Facilities

This small apartment hotel is part of the Petit Hotel chain on Madeira and has a total of 14 spacious units (2 studios and 12 apartments) and a reception (not permanently staffed). All floors are accessible by lift.

Studio Deluxe

The Deluxe Studios feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, a combined living/bedroom area with 2 single beds (twin), flat-screen TV with cable channels, sofa, seating area with dining table, table and chairs, wardrobe, parquet flooring, fully equipped kitchenette (with microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and tableware), iron, ironing board, and furnished terrace (DX2). Also bookable as a Deluxe Studio for single use (DX1). From winter 25/26, the room designation is "Studio"; there is no change to the facilities (S12/S11).

Apartment (1 Bedroom) Deluxe

The Deluxe Apartments offer the same facilities as the Deluxe Studios, plus a separate bedroom as well as a furnished terrace or furnished balcony (D2A). Also bookable as an Apartment (1 Bedroom) Deluxe for single use (EDA). From winter 25/26, the room designation is "Apartment"; there is no change to the facilities (A12/A11). Also bookable as a Deluxe Apartment with sea view (L2A and L1A respectively).

Apartment (1 Bedroom) Deluxe Superior Sea View

Same facilities as the Apartment (1 Bedroom) Deluxe, but located on the upper floors with a sea view (M2U). Also bookable as an Apartment Deluxe Superior with sea view for single use (M1U).

Seasonal information
