The 4-star hotel has 146 rooms, a reception, library, reading room, a terrace with fantastic views of Funchal harbor, a buffet/à la carte restaurant "Arsenal", two bars, and direct access to the promenade. The rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi is an invitation to relax. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool (sun loungers, cushions, and parasols by the pool are included).

Studio

The studios (approx. 24 sqm) consist of a combined living/sleeping area, bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, safe (incl.), Smart TV, telephone, kitchenette, air conditioning, and balcony (S12). Available for single use at an additional charge (S11).
From Summer 2025, also available as Studio Type O with a limited quota at a special price (STO).
(Additionally bookable under FNCA53 with D/DE/DR, with partial sea view (DMS/DES/DRS) or sea view (DM/DEM/DRM).)

Studio with partial sea view

Equipped like the studios, with an additional partial sea view (M2S/M1S - for single use).
Also available as Studio with partial sea view Type O with a limited quota and at a special price (MSO) or as a Studio with direct sea view (SM2). From Summer 2025, also available as Studio with sea view Type O with a limited quota and at a special price (SOM).

Junior Suite

Equipped like the studios, the Junior Suites, at 40 sqm, are significantly larger and have a separate bedroom separated by a sliding door (JS2).

Superior Double Room Sea View (FNCA53)

The Superior Rooms (approx. 24 sqm) with balcony or terrace have a double bed or two single beds and are equipped with Wi-Fi, safe (incl.), Smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobe and slippers, bath/shower, WC with Rituals toiletries (DMU).
Also bookable for 3 adults (MSA) or for single occupancy (EMU).

Breakfast and dinner served buffet-style.
On some evenings, guests will be offered a 3-course menu for dinner.
