Location

The property is situated on a hill with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, in a residential area (village complex) and is part of the Palheiro Nature Estate. The "Palheiro" garden is approximately 3 km away, and the city center is only about 7 km away. The airport is approximately 13 km away.

The complex has a reception located in the Palheiro Village Forum building, open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays at the Palheiro Golf reception from 9 am to 5 pm. There is also a multi-purpose room, the "Sala Carvalhal," equipped with chairs, a TV, a pool table, a dartboard, a terrace, and a communal swimming pool.
There are several dining options near Palheiro Village: the restaurant of the Casa Velha do Palheiro hotel, the Vista Balancal restaurant (at Palheiro Golf course), and the Casa de Chá in the heart of the Palheiro gardens.

1-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

The 1-bedroom apartments are approximately 75 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower, toilet, and underfloor heating, a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with a dining area, built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, pots, pans, etc.), a partly wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi (included), and a terrace (2AM).

2-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

The 2-bedroom apartments are approximately 120 sqm and have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (22M/M21/M22/M24).
Also available with three separate bedrooms at an additional charge (33M).

3-Bedroom Villa with Sea View

The 3-bedroom villas are located in the middle and upper parts of the complex, are approximately 250 sqm, and have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but with three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (33M).

Wellness

'Palheiro Spa' wellness area (entry fee applies) at the Casa Velha do Palheiro hotel (open daily from 10 am to 7 pm) with a fitness room, heated indoor pool with massage jets, Finnish sauna, and Turkish bath. Massages and beauty treatments are available for a fee. Towels and bathrobes are available at the spa reception. Children under 16 are not allowed in the entire spa area after 1 pm.
