The 4-star boutique hotel has a total of 54 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, 'O Calhar' Lobby Café/Tapas Bar/Restaurant, a rooftop terrace with the 'Esplanade' rooftop bar offering a magnificent 360° view over the city of Funchal.

The double rooms are approx. 13 m² and have a bath/WC with hairdryer, bathrobe and toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, Smart TV, premium TV channels, Wi-Fi (included) and a view of the inner courtyard (D).

Double Room Plus

The Double Rooms Plus are approx. 16 m² and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but with a minibar. For stays of 4 nights or more, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket or chocolate are included in the room upon arrival (exception: stay 28.12.-4.1.) (2PL).

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Rooms Deluxe are approx. 18 m² and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Plus, but with a safe, daily housekeeping, wake-up calls, slippers, coffee machine, tea/coffee maker and a view of Funchal (DD2).

Junior Suite

The suites are approx. 20 m² and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, but with an ironing board/iron (on request), 24-hour room service (for a fee) and handmade amenities from the Portuguese brand "CastelBel". Some rooms have a view of the traditional roofs of Funchal or a view of the Atlantic Ocean (JS2).

Double Room Superior Type I

The Double Rooms Superior Type I (DSI) have the same amenities as the Double Room (D), but are slightly larger. (FNCA76)

BB/HB/HB+

Buffet breakfast, for half board also a buffet dinner. For HB+, 2 soft drinks or 2 glasses of beer or 1/2 bottle of wine, as well as water and coffee are included with dinner.
