Located in the resort area of Funchal, on "Estrada Monumental". The Lido and the center of Funchal with restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues are about a 5-minute walk away and approx. 2 km away respectively. There is a regular bus service.

The comfortably furnished 4-star hotel features a total of 134 rooms spread across 11 floors, an entrance hall with reception, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), a snack bar, a TV room, and a hairdresser. The well-maintained garden area includes two freshwater pools, one of which is heated year-round, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included by the pool area.

The Junior Suites with side sea view feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, living area, separate bedroom, air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), a safe for rent, cable TV (LCD), a small refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony (JS2). Also bookable as a Junior Suite with side sea view for single occupancy (JS1). Also bookable as a Junior Suite with side sea view type I at a special price and with a limited contingent in Half Board (JSI). Also bookable as Junior Suite side sea view type A and type B, each with a limited contingent and at a special price.

Superior Suite Sea View

The Superior Suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but with a larger living area and sea view (UM2). Also bookable as a Superior Suite for single occupancy (UM1).

Breakfast (from 7:30 AM to 10 AM in the 'Seventy' restaurant), lunch (from 1 PM to 3 PM) by the pool area or at 'First' bar, and dinner (from 7 PM to 9:30 PM in the 'Seventy' restaurant) served buffet style. Show cooking and BBQ by the pool at lunchtime (weather permitting), snacks, sandwiches, cakes, and ice cream in the morning from 11 AM to 12 PM and in the afternoon from 4 PM to 6 PM at the pool bar or 'First' bar. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (served by the glass), including mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, cocktails, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy, liqueurs, and Portuguese wine (white, red, and rosé) from 11 AM to 11 PM. Depending on occupancy, lunch may be served as a set menu.
