Located in the holiday area of Funchal, on the "Estrada Monumental". The Lido can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot, and the center of Funchal with restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment options is about 2 km away. There is a regular bus service.

The comfortably furnished 4-star hotel includes a total of 134 rooms on 11 floors, a reception hall with a reception desk, buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant (for a fee), snack bar, TV room, and hairdresser. The well-maintained garden area features two freshwater pools, one of which is heated year-round, as well as a separate children's pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included in the pool area.
