The hotel complex, which also includes the Hotel Estrelicia, is located approximately 500 m from the sea. You can reach Funchal in approx. 2 km. The airport is about 20 km away (approx. 40 minutes' drive).

The family-friendly 3-star hotel features a lobby with 98 rooms, 24-hour reception, elevators, computers with internet access, the 'Fora Café' terrace bar, and two restaurants (including the 'Europa' restaurant). The hotel's outdoor area offers two freshwater swimming pools, a children's pool, and a sunbathing lawn (with sun loungers and parasols included).

The studios feature a bathroom with bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, rental safe, cable TV with international channels, kitchenette (equipped with refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery), and a furnished balcony (S12).
