Location

The family-friendly hotel is located on the south coast of Madeira, in the heart of the city of Funchal. The city center with its numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars is approximately 2.5 km away. The promenade and the Lido are approximately 600 m away. It is approximately 22.5 km to the airport.

Facilities

This family-friendly 3-star hotel is part of a hotel complex that also includes the Estrelicia and Aparthotel Mimosa hotels. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, the "Europa" buffet restaurant, and the "Terrace Bar" snack bar. In the hotel's outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, a children's pool, and a sunbathing area. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Studio

The studios feature a bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe for rent, satellite TV, kitchenette (equipped with refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery), and a furnished balcony with a side view of the sea (S12). Also bookable as a studio for single use (S11).

Studio Superior Sea View

The Studio Superior Sea View rooms feature the same amenities as the studios, but with a sea view (UT2). Also bookable as a Studio Superior for single use (UT1).

Seasonal information

Every year, the famous FLOWER FESTIVAL takes place in Madeira - the "Festa da Flor". Admire the elaborately decorated floats and let yourself be carried away by the joy of life.
Experience this floral event twice in 2027. On May 2nd and May 16th, 2027, you can be up close on one of the grandstands at the Funchal harbor; book a grandstand ticket (limited availability) for only €47 per person in addition to your room of choice using the computer code FNC500.
