Location

The Quinta is located approx. 1.5 km from Funchal and not far from the old town. The airport is approx. 18 km away. From the Quinta, built in 1750, you have a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. The house is surrounded by a large, subtropical garden and has a small lake.

The Quinta Jardins do Lago has a total of 40 rooms and offers a beautiful reception area, breakfast room with terrace, restaurant, bar, lounge, conservatory, library, and a games room. In the beautifully landscaped garden, which boasts over 800 different plant species, you will find the freshwater swimming pool (heated all year round) and a pool bar/bistro, sun terrace, and whirlpool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are naturally included.

Double Room Garden Side

The Double Rooms Garden Side are approx. 42 m² in size, have a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, safe for rent, minibar, USB socket, air conditioning/heating, an extra bed for the 3rd person, and a terrace (located on the ground floor). Also bookable as a Double Room Garden Side for single occupancy.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Garden Side, are approx. 46 m² in size, and have a balcony with garden view. Also bookable for single occupancy (DSE).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are larger than the double rooms (approx. 62 m² in size) and feature a bathtub and shower, balcony, and garden view. Located in the old manor house (no elevator!) with a beautiful garden.

Premium Suite (on request)

The suites are approx. 80 m² in size and have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but with a larger balcony and an additional living room and separate bedroom.
