The modern 4-star complex has a total of 208 rooms and 30 studios. Amenities include two restaurants with panoramic views over the city (the buffet restaurant "BayView" and the à la carte restaurant "Desarma", awarded one Michelin star in 2024), two bars, a lounge, a conference room, an internet area (free of charge), a TV room, a games room, and lifts. Outdoors, there is a swimming pool, sun terrace (sunshades, loungers, and mattresses are available), and a snack bar/bistro.

Double Room

The double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, telephone, satellite TV, safe (included), minibar, coffee/tea maker, bathrobe, and slippers, as well as a balcony (D). Double rooms with sea view are bookable at an additional charge (DM). Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy (DE) or double room with sea view for single occupancy (DEM). Also bookable as double room type O (DZO) or sea view type O with a special price and limited availability (DMO).

Superior Double Room Sea View

The Superior Double Rooms with Sea View are located on the 7th and 8th floors, equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, a seating area with a table, LCD TV, safe (included), minibar, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony. Additionally, guests receive a welcome package with soft drinks and coffee and tea bags (DMU).

Studio

The studios have 2 separate beds, 1 sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, otherwise equipped as the double rooms (S12).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms have been renovated, are located on the upper floors (9th and 10th floors), and feature air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, safe (included), walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, and balcony, with an option for sea view. All Deluxe guests receive the following special services: exclusive breakfast menu, welcome package with Madeira wine and chocolate, complimentary pillow menu, espresso machine, Ecoline brand toiletries, turndown service, and a 15% discount at restaurants and bars (DD2). Also bookable for single occupancy (DD1). Also bookable with sea view (DDM/1DM).

Junior Suite

In addition to the same amenities and services as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the renovated Junior Suites offer a kitchenette, as well as finger food and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival (J2D). Option to book with sea view (JDM). Also bookable for single occupancy (J1D/JDE).
