It is also only a 5-minute walk to the first stop of the famous tram line 24, which leads to the historic old town of Lisbon.

The 4-star hotel of the SMY Hotel chain has a total of 105 rooms (98 double rooms and 7 suites) with a main and a secondary building (6-8 floors) and guarantees both business and leisure travelers a perfect stay. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, elevator, conference/event room (approx. 75 m²), à la carte restaurant "Aqueduto", lobby bar "Saramago" with TV, and rooftop bar "Smy Way" (seasonally open) on the 6th floor with an outdoor terrace, offering guests a breathtaking view over the magnificent city of Lisbon.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms are approx. 14-21 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, free toiletries, a double bed (160 cm) or two single/twin beds, carpet, desk, soundproof windows, air conditioning/heating, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), kettle, wake-up service, telephone, cable TV with IPTV, and Wi-Fi (included) (DSU). Some rooms also offer a small balcony (cannot be guaranteed). Superior Double Room without Balcony (LISA12)

With similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, these are always WITHOUT a balcony (DO). Also bookable for single use (EO) as an option.
