The 4-star Family Resort offers a total of 504 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, lobby with seating areas, elevator, luggage storage, conference/event rooms, various shops, the buffet restaurant "Senhora da Rocha" (international buffet), the buffet restaurant "Açoteia" (international buffet), the snack restaurant "24/7 Snackbar" (open between main meals), 1 à la carte restaurant with 3 different themes, Cognac Lobby Bar, Theater Bar "LaFerias" (open daily from 8 PM to 12 AM), a well-maintained outdoor area with a garden, sun terrace, 2 freshwater swimming pools plus 2 children's pools (1 with splash area) and also 3 water slides, Zen Pool Bar (open daily from 10:30 AM to 7 PM), and Glees Pool Bar (open daily from 10:30 AM to 7 PM). The Sky Bar (June-September, weather permitting) is exclusively for Premium All Inclusive guests aged 18 and over. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests in the pool area (for a fee at the beach, provided by local vendors).

Family Room

The comfortable family rooms are approximately 35 sqm and have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with an additional bedroom. (DF2)

Fantasy Family Room

The Fantasy Family Rooms have the same amenities as the Family Rooms, but are additionally child-friendly and equipped with a PlayStation. Adults Lifestyle Side Sea View

The Lifestyle Rooms with side sea view are located on the 7th floor, are bookable for adults only, and offer the same amenities as the double rooms, plus the following: Separate check-in in a premium area, a separate adults-only area for guests of the Lifestyle room category at the main pool with pool service (lunch and afternoon), one cocktail per menu from one of the à la carte restaurants, and access to the adults-only Skybar (seasonally open).
Additionally, the following amenities are included in the room: water upon arrival, bathrobes and slippers, and a coffee machine with 4 coffee capsules per day.

Meals are served buffet-style.
AI+ includes 3 dinners, one in each of the à la carte restaurants (Momo/Nakko/Lambaré), for stays of 7 nights or more, and 1 dinner in one of the restaurants for stays of 4 nights or more. A minibar stocked with water and soft drinks is also included upon arrival (no refills included).
