The complex, particularly popular with families, has 193 rooms and is quietly located on the outskirts of Olhos d'Agua, not far from Albufeira. The local sandy beach is about 850 m away. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The center of Albufeira is about 7 km away. The nearest bus stop is about 350 m from the hotel. Faro Airport is about 36 km away.

The complex has a total of 193 accommodation units spread over 3 floors and features a reception hall, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, hotel safe, elevator, bicycle rental (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (included throughout the resort). It also offers a snack service, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, and a playground as well as children's entertainment for the little guests. Outdoors, there is a swimming pool with a pool bar and a sun terrace (sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels included).
