The elegantly designed 4-star property has a total of 247 rooms. Facilities include a reception, 'Versátil' buffet restaurant, 'Invitável' à-la-carte restaurant, 'Massa Fina' restaurant/pizzeria, 2 bars, 6 conference rooms, Wi-Fi (included in public areas and rooms), a spa area, and an indoor pool. In the well-kept garden, there is an exceptionally large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, kids club, pool bar, and sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels free of charge.

The double rooms are approximately 24 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi (included), minibar, telephone, safe (included), electric kettle (upon request), electronic security lock, and balcony (D). Also bookable for single use (DE). Double rooms with direct or side sea view, depending on location, can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Also bookable for single use (DEM).

The family rooms are equipped like the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 32 m²) and located on the ground floor (DF2). Also bookable with direct or side sea view, depending on location (not always on the ground floor) (F2M).

Breakfast from 7:00 am - 10:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, dinner from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the 'Versátil' restaurant. In addition to main meals, you have the option to order various snacks such as sandwiches, baguettes, ice cream, etc. (according to the snack menu) at the pool bar from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are free from 10:30 am to 11:30 pm. Wine list with Vila Galé selection (other drinks available for an extra charge).
For a stay of seven 7 nights or more, one à-la-carte dinner is included. Advance reservation is required (subject to limited availability).
Water upon arrival (in the minibar for the entire stay included) and fruit upon arrival in the room. Additionally, there is the possibility to park in the underground garage free of charge (subject to availability).
