Location

The Rocha Brava Village Resort has a total of 420 rooms and is situated on a rocky plateau, above the sea, only approx. 3 km from Carvoeiro. Several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the complex. There are several small bays nearby. Free shuttle bus to Carvoeiro beach 3 times daily. 'Marinha Beach' is approx. 4 km away and 'Centianes Beach' is approx. 1 km away. Faro Airport is around 60 km away.

The extensive, beautifully landscaped 4-star complex covers 23 hectares, including 11 hectares of gardens with 3 swimming pools (1 of which is heated in spring and autumn, from November 1st to the end of April there is a heated and covered pool) and 3 separate children's pools, sun terrace, beach towels for a fee, and pool bar (open from April to October). The hotel has a total of 410 individually designed accommodation units, spread across 1 to 2-story buildings, and offers a 24-hour reception, 'O Farol' restaurant, snack bar/café, games room (open during winter months), and a small supermarket.

Accommodation

1-Bedroom Apartment

The 1-bedroom apartments are friendly and individually furnished. They feature a living/sleeping area with an extra bed for the 3rd person, a separate bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, and toaster), bathroom with shower or bathtub/WC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), heating, air conditioning in the bedroom or living room, a rental safe, and a balcony or terrace (A12).
The apartments are located on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs.

2-Bedroom Apartment

The 2-bedroom apartments have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but with 2 separate bedrooms (A22).

1-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

The 1-bedroom apartments with sea view have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but also feature sea views and a dishwasher. They are only accessible by stairs (2AM).

2-Bedroom Villa

The 2-bedroom villas have the same amenities as the 2-bedroom apartments, but with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). (V22). 2-Bedroom Villas with sea view available at an additional charge (2MV).

Meals

RO/BB/HB

No meals. Continental breakfast or buffet. For half board, dinner is also available as a menu choice (drinks extra).

Sports for a fee

Table tennis, 4 tennis courts (lessons available), fitness center, mini-golf, green fee discount at the 18-hole golf courses of Gramacho and Vale de Pinta (approx. 5 km away). Horse riding available approx. 12 km away.

Children's program

3 separate children's pools, mini club (4-12 years) from April to October (5 days a week, Mon-Fri, opening hours: 9 am-1 pm and 2 pm-5 pm). Children's playground. Babysitting on request for a fee.
