Location

The Rocha Brava Village Resort has a total of 420 rooms and is situated on a rocky plateau above the sea, just approx. 3 km from Carvoeiro. Several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the complex. There are several small bathing coves nearby. Free shuttle bus to Carvoeiro beach 3x daily. 'Marinha Beach' is approx. 4 km away and 'Centianes Beach' is approx. 1 km away. It is around 60 km to Faro Airport.

The extensive, beautifully landscaped 4-star complex covers 23 hectares, including 11 hectares of gardens with 3 swimming pools (of which 1 pool is heated in spring and autumn; from November 1st to the end of April, there is a heated and covered pool) and 3 separate children's pools, sun terrace, pool towels for a fee, and a pool bar (open from April to October). The hotel has a total of 410 individually designed residential units, spread over 1 to 2-storey buildings, and offers a 24-hour reception, 'O Farol' restaurant, snack bar/café, games room (open in winter months), and a small supermarket.

Apartment (1 bedroom)

The apartments (1 bedroom) are pleasantly and individually furnished. They feature a living/bedroom with an extra bed for the 3rd person, a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds (twin), a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, and toaster), bathroom with shower or bathtub/WC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), heating, air conditioning in the bedroom or living room, rental safe, and a balcony or terrace (A12).
The apartments are located on the first floor and are accessible only by stairs.

Villa (2 bedrooms)

The villas (2 bedrooms) have the same facilities as the 2-bedroom apartments, but feature 2 bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite bathroom) (V22). Villa with sea view (2 bedrooms) bookable for an additional charge (2MV).

Self-catering. Continental breakfast or buffet style. With half-board, dinner is additionally served as a menu selection (drinks extra).

Table tennis, 4 tennis courts (lessons also available), fitness center, minigolf, green-fee discount on the 18-hole golf courses of Gramacho and Vale de Pinta (approx. 5 km away). Horseback riding facilities approx. 12 km away.

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO):
Leave the airport grounds and follow the signs for the N125 towards Portimao/A22. Take the A22 towards Portimao and follow this route for approx. 40 km until the Lagoa exit. Please take this exit and follow the signs for approx. 5 km towards Lagoa. Once in the town, bypass the city via the N125 and turn right at the second roundabout towards Carvoeiro. Drive straight ahead along R. de Lagoa towards the beach. Upon reaching the beach, turn right and drive past the taxi rank. After approx. 3 km, you will arrive at your hotel.
