Location

The Vilalara Grand Hotel Algarve has 111 rooms and is quietly located on a picturesque cliff overlooking the fine sandy beach "Praia das Gaivotas". The beach is characterized by small rocky coves and is directly accessible via steps. Inspired by Gaudí's style, the architecture of the various two-story buildings captivates with its rounded lines and soft colors. The town/resort center of Armação de Pêra is approx. 2 km away, and the town of Porches is approx. 5 km away. Faro International Airport is approx. 55 km away.

The 5-star hotel has a total of 111 suites and 20 residences. Facilities include a reception area, boutique, 6 restaurants ("Coral" with sea view, "Vento" with wellness cuisine, "A-costa", "Trattoria", "Gaivotas" and "Raízes" with terrace - BBQ open seasonally), an outdoor area with sun terrace, approx. 11 hectares of gardens, 5 seawater swimming pools (one of which is heated seasonally). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests in the pool area (also included at the beach).

Junior Suite Garden View

The Junior Suites Garden View are located on the ground floor or the first floor of the hotel, are approx. 55 m² in size and have a bathroom with a bath or shower and toilet, a double bed or two single beds (twin), air conditioning/heating, minibar (for a fee), safe (included), flat-screen TV with cable channels and pay-TV, Wi-Fi (included), bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, umbrella, premium amenities, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle with a selection of teas, and a furnished balcony or furnished terrace facing the garden. Also bookable as a Junior Suite Garden View for single occupancy.

Junior Suite Pool View

The Junior Suites Pool View are located on the ground floor or the first floor of the hotel, are approx. 55 m² in size and have the same amenities as the Junior Suite Garden View, but with a pool view. Also bookable as a Junior Suite Pool View for single occupancy.

The new HP+ concept enriches the culinary experience for guests while ensuring variety and flexibility. 3-course à la carte menu including soft drinks and selected premium wines (A-Costa Restaurant, Trattoria Pantaleone or room service/depending on availability and reservation required in advance).

3 tennis courts and 1 paddle tennis court (free for 1 hour per day), 2 pickleball courts

Sports for a fee

Numerous water sports are available in the vicinity, such as jet skiing, windsurfing, diving, and motor boating (seasonal). 12 golf courses are reachable within 30 minutes (reduced green fees for hotel guests in some cases).

Children's program

The Kids' Club for children aged 6-12 offers "indoor" and "outdoor" activities (open seasonally, supervised).
Children under 12 years of age may only participate when accompanied by a responsible adult or by booking a babysitting service (for an additional charge).

Massages, wellness & beauty treatments, and thalassotherapy treatments are available for a fee.
