Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, lobby, seating areas, elevator, main restaurant "Montechoro" (buffet, varied cuisine with regional and international dishes and theme nights), restaurant "Al Italiu" (buffet, Italian), à la carte restaurant "Alecrim" (fine dining), rooftop terrace on the top floor (10th floor, opens at 5 PM) with "Al Garb" bar and panoramic sea views, "Alfarroba Snack Bar (seasonal, from June-September) outdoor area with sun terrace, 3 swimming pools (freshwater, one of which is for children), water slides, and a water park for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests in the pool area.

The double rooms are approximately 40 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, a double bed or two single beds (twin), seating area, desk with chair, air conditioning, satellite TV (flat screen), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), safe, minibar (empty, refilling for a fee), bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea station (free refills), and a balcony. Also available as a double room for single use.

Separate children's pool. Miniclub "Floresta de Gali" (for children aged 4-12 years, children aged 2-3 years can also use the miniclub under the supervision of a guardian, included from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM) with varied children's animation (face painting, clay crafts, painting, games, water games, workshops, mini-disco, karaoke, and live music). Teens Club (for teenagers aged 13-17 years, included). The clubs are open from April 1st to October 31st.
