Location

The 4-star hotel belonging to the Barata Hotel chain has 68 rooms and is located directly on the long sandy beach, in the heart of Albufeira. The beach and promenade are accessible by elevator. The pedestrian zone of Albufeira with numerous shops and entertainment venues is just a few minutes' walk away. Faro International Airport is approximately 38 km away.

The double rooms with sea view type I have the same amenities as the double rooms sea view, but have a limited contingent and can be booked at a special price during the summer season. (DMI)

Arrival by car

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO):
Follow the road westward for approx. 140 m. After approx. 750 m, turn left onto the N125-10. In the subsequent roundabout, take the second exit towards N125-10. After approx. 600 m, the road leads right onto the ramp to "Loulé/Lisbon/Portimao". You are now on the IC4. At the upcoming fork, keep left and stay on this road (IC4). Take the A22 via the ramp to "Lisbon/Portimão/Albufeira". After about 27 km, take exit 9 towards "Guia/Albufeira". Then continue for approx. 850 m on the IC1. At the fork, keep left and then follow the signs to Albufeira/Ferreiras. For this, take the IC1 Acessos/N125 and then continue on the N125. In the roundabout, take the first exit (N395). After approx. 3 km, take the first exit in the following roundabout (Av. Dos Descobrimentos). Turn left at "Av. do Ténis" and pass the roundabout. After approx. 220 m, keep left to turn right after approx. 160 m into "Rua Dr. Diogo Leote". Turn left into "Largo Jacinto de Ayet". Stay on this road. Take the 1st street on the right, "Rua Miguel Bombarda". From here, you will reach "Rua José Bernardino" where your hotel is located.
Directions from Lisbon Airport (LIS):
Follow the road northeast for approx. 14 m. Turn right onto "Avenue Berlim". After approx. 62 m, turn left and stay on "Avenue Berlim". You will reach a roundabout and turn left there, onto "Avenida Cidade do Porto" (signposted A1/A8/A12). Exit at E01 and re-enter at exit 14 towards "A12/Sul/Ponte Vasco da Gama". This runs parallel to the IC17. From here, continue to the A12 (toll road in parts). Leave the motorway at IP1 (signs for Évora) and re-enter the A2. After approx. 202 km, take exit 15 to reach the A22 towards "Lagos/Portimão/Albufeira". Merge onto the A22 at exit 15 towards "Lagos/Portimão/Albuefeira" and leave the motorway after approx. 5 km at exit 9 towards "Guia/Albufeira". You are on the IC1. After just under 850 m, turn left at the fork and follow the signs for "Albufeira/Ferreiras" (IC1 Acessos/N125). Continue onto the N125. In the roundabout, take the first exit (N395).
