Location

The spacious and very family-friendly resort is situated above the beach of the same name, one of the most beautiful areas in southern Portugal. With direct beach access, a total of 4 swimming pools (outdoor pools) for adults and 3 for children, and an on-site kids' club, the resort is the perfect destination for families. The airport is approx. 40 km away and the city center is about 1.5 km away.

The complex consists of a hotel area (189 rooms) and an apartment area (155 apartments). It offers a lobby with a reception in the hotel (German-speaking staff available), 4 elevators (hotel), Wi-Fi (included throughout the resort), a buffet restaurant, 3 restaurants (a la carte or buffet, depending on the season or occupancy), a bar, a games and TV room, a shop/kiosk, and a business center. In the extensive, well-maintained gardens, there are a total of 4 swimming pools for adults (freshwater and saltwater) and 3 swimming pools for children (partially heated, divided between the apartment and hotel areas), as well as 3 pool bars, sunbathing lawns, and sun terraces. Umbrellas, sun loungers with cushions, and pool towels are included here; at the beach, they are available for a fee.

Double room

The double rooms are very stylishly and comfortably furnished and feature a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (on request), Wi-Fi (included), and balcony (D). Double rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double rooms (DE) and double rooms with sea view (DEM) for single use can be booked for an extra charge.

Apartment

The apartments have similar facilities and include a living room with a sofa bed (for the 3rd + 4th person), a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. Balcony or terrace. This room category is located opposite the main building (A12).

Studio

The studios have the same facilities as the apartments but feature a combined living/sleeping area. This room category is located near the main building (S12).

Suites

The suites offer the same facilities as the double rooms but are significantly larger at approx. 54 m² and feature a living area, a separate bedroom, and 2 bathrooms (S2). Suites with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (S2M).

Room only/no meals. Breakfast in buffet style. Lunch and dinner in buffet style or à la carte (depending on occupancy and season). Diet and vegetarian meals on request. Also available without meals for the Studio and Apartment room categories.

Arrival by car

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO):
Drive west for approx. 140 m. After about 750 m, turn left onto the N125-10. At the roundabout, take the second exit (N125-10). Keep right to get onto the "Loulé/Lisboa/Portimão" ramp. You are now on the IC4. At the next fork, keep left and take the "Faro/Almancil" ramp. Continue to keep left (EN125/N125/R125) and later switch to the R125. You will pass 2 roundabouts. Turn left at the EM526 and continue on the Estr. EM526. At the roundabout, take the third exit and leave the following roundabout at the second exit (R. da Torre da Medronheira). Now continue on the "Estr. de Albufeira" and then on the "Rua da Torre da Medronheira" until you reach "Estr. dos Olhos de Água". Turn onto the EN128. After approx. 2.5 km, the hotel is on the left side.
Directions from Lisbon Airport (LIS):
Follow the road heading northeast for approx. 14 m. Turn right onto "Avenue Berlim". After approx. 62 m, turn left and stay on "Avenue Berlim". You will reach a roundabout; turn left there onto "Avenida Cidade do Porto" (signposted A1/A8/A12). Take the E01 exit and re-join at exit 14 towards "A12/Sul/Ponte Vasco da Gama". This runs parallel to the IC17. From here, continue to the A12 (partially toll road). Leave the motorway at IP1 (signs for Évora) and re-join at the A2. After approx. 202 km, take exit 15 to reach the A22 towards "Lagos/Portimão/Albufeira". At the fork, keep left and follow the signs for E01/A22/Faro and then A22/E01. Leave at exit 11 towards "Boliqueime/Vilamoura". Now drive onto the A22 Acessos and keep left after 180 m to stay on the EN270. Pass the roundabout and keep left to stay on the EN270. Continue straight to reach the EN125. After 51 m, turn left to stay on the EN125. After approx. 14 m, keep right to stay on the EN125. After 550 m, turn right onto the EM526 and continue for almost 4 km on the EM526. Leave the following roundabout at the third exit and at the next roundabout take the second exit (R. da Torre da Medronheira). Continue on "Estr. de Albufeira" and then on "Rua da Torre da Medronheira" until you reach "Estr. dos Olhos de Água". From here you will reach the EN128. After a total of 2.5 km, the hotel is on the left side.
