The Auramar Beach Resort hotel is located in Albufeira, perched above the sea, amidst extensive green areas with a wide view over the Atlantic. The lively center of Albufeira is about 2.5 km away (free shuttle bus several times a day, subject to availability, included, all year round). The public sandy beach 'Praia dos Aveiros' is only about 100 m away and accessible via steps directly from the complex. For an extra touch of comfort, the renovated superior double rooms (also approx. 17 m²), which are bright and modernly designed with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, feature a walk-in shower and laminate flooring (D2S). Also bookable as a superior double room side sea view type A, with the same amenities as the superior double rooms side sea view, but slightly larger and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (AQ2).

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO):
From the airport, follow the road west for approx. 140 m. After approx. 750 m, turn left onto the N125-10. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards N125-10. After approx. 600 m, merge right onto the ramp to "Loulé/Lisbon/Portimão". Now drive onto the IC4. Keep left and follow the IC4. After approx. 36 km, merge onto the A22 via an on-ramp towards "Lisbon/Portimão/Albufeira". Take exit 9 towards "Guia/Albufeira". You are now on the IC1. After the fork, keep left again, towards "Albufeira/Ferreira", and drive parallel to the IC1 Acessos/N125. You will cross a ramp. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards N395. At the roundabout, take the third exit towards "Avenida Dos Descobrimentos". After 30 m, turn right onto "Avenida Dos Descobrimentos". Keep slightly right onto "Rua da Projectada". Take the first street on the left, towards "Rua Miguel Torga". Drive along the upcoming street on your right, "Rua Dunfermline", until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards "Avenida Infante Dom Henrique". Turn right onto "Rua Vasco da Gama". After 500 m, turn right again. You are still on Rua Vasco da Gama. Now keep left and after another 230 m, turn right and then right again at the second street. You have reached the Auramar Hotel.

Directions from Lisbon Airport (LIS):
From the airport, follow the road northeast for approx. 14 m. Turn right onto "Avenue Berlim". After approx. 62 m, turn left onto "Avenue Berlim". Keep slightly right (still Av Berlim) and go through the first roundabout. Turn left onto "Avenida Cidade do Porto" (signposted A1/A8/A12). Take exit E01 and then exit 14 towards "A12/South/Ponte Vasco da Gama". You will now drive parallel to the IC17. From here, continue on to the A12 (toll road in parts). At the IP1 (signs for Évora), also a toll road, take exit A2 (toll road). After approx. 202 km, take exit 15 to merge onto the A22 towards "Lagos/Portimão/Albufeira". After another 5 km, take exit 9 towards "Guia/Albufeira". Drive onto the IC1 here. After a fork, keep left towards "Albufeira/Ferreira" and follow IC1 Acessos/N125. You will cross a ramp and reach a roundabout. Leave it at the first exit towards N395. At the subsequent roundabout, take the third exit towards "Avenida Dos Descobrimentos". After 30 m, turn right onto "Avenida Dos Descobrimentos". Keep slightly right onto "Rua da Projectada". Take the first street on the left towards "Rua Miguel Torga" and then the first street on the right, "Rua Dunfermline". At the roundabout, take the second exit towards "Avenida Infante Dom Henrique".
