The Adults-Only (18 years and over) Belver Boa Vista Hotel & Spa is located outside the tourist resort of Albufeira. The town/resort center of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars, and numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest sandy beach is about 1 km away. Faro International Airport is approximately 35 km away.

The air-conditioned 4-star hotel, part of the Belver Hotel group, has a total of 84 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, a lobby with seating areas, a library, the "Mar à Vista" restaurant (international cuisine with an outdoor terrace and sea view), the 'Mar Azul' bar, an outdoor area with a panoramic terrace and sun terrace, and a swimming pool (freshwater). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests in the pool area (for a fee on the beach, offered by local providers).

The double rooms with sea view offer the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a sea view. Also available as a double room with sea view for single use.
