Location

The Maxymilian Unique Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kolberg's spa district, in close proximity to the promenade. The beach is approximately 300 m away, and the city center is easily reachable within approximately 800 m on foot.

Facilities

The owner-managed, stylishly and comfortably furnished hotel on the Polish Baltic Sea coast offers 33 tastefully and high-quality appointed rooms. The hotel features a reception, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a cafe bar with a fireplace and a small terrace, a vitality area with an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, and a small fitness area, as well as a modern spa and beauty zone with a relaxation room.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms (D, approx. 20 sqm) have the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, but without air conditioning and are not located in the attic.

Super Saver Room

The stylishly furnished Economy Double Rooms (SSZ, approx. 33 sqm) are located in the attic with sloping ceilings and are equipped with a double bed (approx. 180x200 cm), flat-screen satellite TV, desk, air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and beauty set, as well as a bathrobe for rent.

Single Room

The single rooms (E, approx. 12 sqm) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with a single bed (approx. 90x200 cm) and are slightly smaller.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior (DSU, approx. 23-30 sqm) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but also include a coffee/tea making set and a sofa bed as a sleeping option for a 3rd/4th person, and are more spacious.

Suite

The Suites (S2, approx. 33 sqm) consist of a living area and a sleeping area with a visual separation (no dividing door) and otherwise have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior.

Suite Deluxe

The Suites Deluxe (S2D, approx. 33 sqm) have the same amenities as the Suites, but with a dividing door between the living and sleeping areas.

Apartment

The apartments (AP, approx. 56 sqm) have similar amenities, but are larger and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Rich breakfast buffet. Prosecco served with breakfast on weekends.

Half Board

If Half Board is booked: In addition, an evening buffet or à la carte menu (at the chef's discretion).
Note: Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end on the day of departure.

Seasonal Information

From July 31 to August 2, 2026, a major electronic music festival (Techno) will take place in the Podczele district of Kolberg.
Numerous visitors from home and abroad are expected for this event.
We would like to inform you that during this period, particularly in the evenings and at night, there may be an increased level of noise.
Furthermore, increased traffic and potential traffic restrictions are expected in the Podczele area as well as in and around Kolberg.
