Location

The AMR Hotel is located directly on Shkembi i Kavajes, a private sandy beach on the stunning Adriatic coast. The wonderful coastline and impressive nature of Albania attract many visitors each year, ensuring an unforgettable holiday. Those who spend their holiday in Albania will not only discover the beautiful nature but also experience the warm hospitality of the Albanian people and have the chance to try the delicious Albanian cuisine. The hotel's location is ideal for relaxing hours on the beach, but a day trip to the beautiful city of Tirana (approx. 43 km away) is also possible. The nearest supermarket is about 100m away, and the center of Durres is about 9 km away. The airport (TIA) is approximately 32 km away.

Facilities

The stylishly and tastefully designed hotel was last partially renovated in 2024 and has a total of 94 rooms. The general facilities of the hotel include a reception, which is staffed 24 hours a day for hotel guests, as well as a car park (free of charge, subject to availability). The AMR Hotel offers an inviting outdoor pool, which provides refreshing coolness on particularly warm summer days. In the hotel's own restaurant, guests are treated to delicious local and international dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Guests can dine in an appealing atmosphere in the restaurant and discover the culinary delights of Albanian cuisine. Overall, the AMR Hotel in Durres is the ideal place for travelers seeking comfort, style, and an excellent location by the sea.

King Room Superior

The rooms are approx. 30 sqm and are equipped with a king-size bed, double bed or twin beds, Wi-Fi (free of charge), flat-screen TV, balcony, and a bathroom with shower (DSU).
Also bookable with sea view (DMU), for single occupancy (DSE), and for single occupancy with sea view (DME).

King Deluxe Room

The King Deluxe Rooms are similar in size but are more modernly furnished and located on the 5th-7th floor (DD2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1DD) or with sea view (DDM/DM1).

Family Room Superior Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms with sea view are equipped with two sleeping areas with a double bed or twin beds. The two sleeping areas are not directly separated; the bathroom is located between the two sleeping areas. There is also a sofa bed as an extra bed, baby cot, parquet flooring, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet (free), safe (free), and flat-screen TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a shower/WC (approx. 38 sqm, FMZ).
