Location

The Eter Hotel is located in Golem, just 6 km from Kavajë and approximately 13 km from Durrës. A bus stop is about 1 km away, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The hotel is situated in a popular tourist region and boasts a prime beachfront location: only 10 meters separate the hotel from its private sandy beach.

Facilities

The hotel, renovated in 2024, is a modern complex featuring 76 rooms spread across seven floors, easily accessible via three elevators. An elegant 24-hour reception welcomes guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is included. Guests can relax on the hotel terrace or by the freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, open from May to September. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge (with a deposit) at the beach and by the pool. The lobby bar and beach bar, open daily from 10 am to 10 pm, serve refreshing local drinks. The main restaurant offers culinary highlights.

Standard double rooms are equipped with central air conditioning, a shower/WC, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities (for a fee), safe, hairdryer, TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony with land view (D) (occupancy: 2 adults). Side sea view is available for an extra charge (DMS) (occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults). Double room for single use with land view can also be booked (DE).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The deluxe double rooms are more spacious and, in addition to the standard amenities, feature two sofa beds and a furnished balcony with a sea view (DDM) (occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults).
