The resort is centrally located in Golem, separated from the long sandy beach only by the promenade. Restaurants, bars, and shops are in the vicinity. Durres is approx. 12 km away, and Tirana Airport is approx. 40 km away.

The resort consists of three buildings and offers 300 rooms spread across five floors. In the garden, you'll find a spacious pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas, a separate children's pool, and small water slides. A beach bar is located on the beach, where sun loungers and umbrellas are included. The lobby features a reception and lobby bar, a café, elevators, and internet: Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi in public areas (free of charge). There's a main restaurant (buffet). Parking is available subject to availability.
