The Sandy Beach Resort is located directly in the front row by the promenade and the fine "Sandy Private Beach". Restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. Durres is approx. 15 km away, and Tirana Airport is approx. 37 km away.

The modern hotel complex is surrounded by a pine forest and features 106 rooms across three buildings, each with four floors. In the garden area, you will find the main pool with an integrated children's/baby pool, a relaxation pool, sun loungers, parasols, bath towels, and the Beach Bar. Furthermore, the hotel offers a lobby area with a reception, a shared lounge/TV area, a lobby bar (open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.), a café, an indoor pool, a doctor, an elevator, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the entire complex. A main restaurant (buffet) and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee) take care of your dining needs. Parking is available subject to availability.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

These rooms on the land side (16-20 m²) are tastefully furnished and feature air conditioning, parquet flooring, a desk, a safe, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, a TV (satellite TV), a shower/WC, and a hairdryer. A balcony with seating is available (DSU; occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child). Also bookable as a double room for single use (DSE).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms (22-30 m²) on the land side have the same amenities and additionally feature a sofa and a kettle (DD2; occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults). Available with side sea view for an extra charge (DMS; occupancy: 2 adults, 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child).

Family Room

The family rooms (35-40 m²) on the land side are furnished with the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms. They consist of two rooms with a connecting door and feature one double bed as well as one twin bed or bunk bed (DF2; occupancy: 3 adults, 3 adults + 2 children, 4 adults + 1 child, or 5 adults).

Junior Suite Sea View

The junior suites, ranging between 35 and 42 m², are equipped with a double bed, centrally controlled air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a furnished balcony, and offer a side sea view (AMS) (occupancy: 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 3 adults). Also bookable without sea view under TIAA11 (JS2).

Suite (TIAA11)

The comfortable and spacious suite in a simple and modern wood design consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private walk-in dressing area, and an 18m² bathroom with a shower and toiletries, as well as a balcony or terrace. A highlight of the suite is the hydromassage Jacuzzi for soothing relaxation. In the room, there is also a minibar (possibly for a fee), a safe, Smart TV, coffee/tea-making facilities, and high-speed internet (approx. 60m², S2).
