The Sandy Beach Resort is located directly on the promenade and the fine "Sandy Private Beach". Restaurants, bars, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Durres is approx. 15 km away, Tirana airport approx. 37 km away.

The modern hotel complex is surrounded by a pine forest and has 106 rooms in three buildings, each with four floors. The garden area features the main pool with an integrated children's/baby pool, a relaxation pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, bath towels, and the beach bar. Furthermore, the hotel offers a lobby area with reception, a common lounge/TV area, a lobby bar (open 8 am-11 pm), a café, a souvenir shop, a doctor, an elevator, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the complex. A main restaurant (buffet) and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee) cater to your culinary needs. Parking is available subject to availability.

Double Room Superior

These land-facing rooms (16-20 sqm) are tastefully furnished and feature air conditioning, parquet flooring, a desk, safe, minibar (for a fee), telephone, TV (satellite TV), shower/WC, and hairdryer. A balcony with seating is available (DSU; occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child). Also bookable as a single room for single occupancy (DSE).

Double Room Deluxe

The Deluxe rooms (22-28 sqm) facing the land, with the same amenities, also feature a sofa and a kettle (DD2; occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults). Available for an additional charge with a side sea view (DMS; occupancy: 2 adults, 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (35-40 sqm) facing the land are equipped with the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms. They consist of two rooms with a connecting door and feature a double bed as well as a twin bed or bunk bed (DF2; occupancy: 3 adults, 3 adults + 2 children, 4 adults + 1 child, or 5 adults).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites, measuring between 35 and 42 sqm, are equipped with a double bed, centrally controlled air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a furnished balcony, featuring a side sea view (AMS) (occupancy: 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 3 adults). Also available without a sea view under TIAA11 (JS2).

Suite (TIAA11)

The comfortable and spacious suite in a simple and modern wood design consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate walk-in dressing area, and an 18 sqm bathroom with a shower and toiletries, as well as a balcony or terrace. The highlight of the suite is the hydromassage jacuzzi for soothing relaxation. The room also features a minibar (possibly for a fee), a safe, Smart TV, coffee/tea making facilities, and high-speed internet (approx. 60 sqm, S2).
