With over 700 km of well-maintained hiking trails, marked mountain bike routes, cable cars, and golf courses in the region, summer sports are well catered for.

The friendly designed apartment building impresses with an inviting atmosphere and offers a sunny terrace in the summer. A practical, in-house bicycle storage room is available for cyclists. The reception is staffed daily from 8 am to 6 pm, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.
The building is divided into three spacious apartments, each with its own entrance, offering a high degree of privacy. A special highlight is the cozy communal room in traditional "Tyrolean style". The cozy apartments (approx. 70m²) feature a flat-screen cable TV, seating area, dining table, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, and towel warmer. The apartments consist of a living room and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and have a modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen with a stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and dishes. The apartments have a balcony or terrace (AP). Apartments with the same amenities are also bookable as type B (22B).
