Location

The hotel’s central yet nature-oriented location offers many recreational opportunities. Shopping facilities are located just about 100m away. At the same time, numerous cycling and hiking trails invite you to actively explore the impressive mountain landscape of the Lechtal valley. The Jöchelspitz cable car (approx. 12km) and the Steffisalpbahn (approx. 11km) provide ideal conditions for hikes with magnificent panoramic views. A special excursion destination is the spectacular Holzgau suspension bridge, which is reached after about 6km.
Highlights in the area also include the Aqua Nova indoor pool (approx. 400m), which promises year-round bathing fun and relaxation, as well as the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle (approx. 75km), which is one of Germany's most famous landmarks with its fairytale backdrop. The surrounding towns delight visitors with traditional Tyrolean charm, cozy places to stop for refreshments, and numerous leisure activities for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.

This stylish adults-only hotel (ages 14 and up) combines modern comfort with alpine charm and was partially renovated in 2023. The 27 rooms are distributed between a modern new building (type "LÄSSIG") and the traditional main building (type "URIG"), which are connected underground by a "star tunnel." Amenities include an inviting lobby, a terrace, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and two elevators.
Relaxation is offered by the approx. 200m² "Sky Lounge" wellness area with a panoramic view over Steeg – the ideal retreat after an eventful day in the mountains. For culinary delights, the "Hauserei's Wirtshaus" restaurant serves regional and seasonal specialties, while the "H15 Bar & Lounge" invites you to spend cozy hours in a stylish atmosphere. Active vacationers also benefit from an on-site bicycle storage room.

Double Room New Building

The double rooms (type "LÄSSIG") are located in the new building and feature approx. 27m² of space with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, safe, TV, and a balcony (D).

Double Room Comfort New Building

With the same features as the double rooms, the double room comfort (type "LÄSSIG") additionally has a whirlpool on the balcony (DKO).

Suite Type B New Building

With the same features as the double room comfort, the suites type B (type "LÄSSIG") are significantly larger at approx. 50m² (2SB).

Double Room Type A Main Building

The cozy double rooms type A (type "Lechtal URIG") are located in the main building and feature approx. 16-20m² with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, safe, TV, and a balcony (DA).

Double Room Type B Main Building

With the same features as the double rooms type A, the double rooms type B (type "Arlberg URIG") in the main building are slightly larger (20-22m²) and only partially have a balcony (DB).

Suite Main Building

With the same features as the double rooms type A, the suites in the main building (type "Pimig & Höllspitz URIG") are significantly larger (approx. 40-50m²) and have a bathroom with a shower or bathtub (S2).

Meals

Half board

Daily rich breakfast buffet and 4-course dinner menu (except Tuesday - rest day).
Note: Please be aware that on Tuesdays, only breakfast is offered due to the weekly rest day.
Boarding begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.

Children's program

Baby cot (on request, free of charge).
