You can reach the nearest attraction (Kitzbühel) after approx. 6 km. In Kitzbühel, about 8 km away, the picturesque Schwarzsee lake awaits all water lovers. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool "Bichlachbad" in Oberndorf, approx. 2 km away. In St. Johann in Tirol, approx. 6 km away, the public indoor pool "Panorama Badewelt" invites you for weather-independent swimming fun. The "Hornpark" adventure park in St. Johann in Tirol is located about 4.2 km from the hotel. Entertaining hours also await you approx. 16.2 km away at the "Familienland Pillerseetal" theme park.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and cycling tours. The extensive hiking area "Kitzbüheler Horn" via ferrata, with a network of hiking trails totaling approx. 200 km in length and the "Müllner Alm" hiking trail, is located directly at the hotel. You can reach the Harschbichlbahn mountain railway after approx. 5 km. Due to its special location, your holiday destination is perfect for cyclists. You can really let off steam on a cycle path located directly at the house and with an extensive total cycle path network of about 200 km.
The town of Oberndorf, nestled between the Wilder and Zahmer Kaiser mountains, impresses above all with its many regional specialties and the extensive selection of pubs and cozy bars. In addition, your holiday destination offers an impressive mountain backdrop as well as a number of romantic places to relax. Furthermore, the town is only a few kilometers away from Kitzbühel. In addition, several interesting day-trip destinations await your visit in the surroundings of Oberndorf. Salzburg (approx. 80 km away) and Innsbruck (approx. 90 km) are particularly recommended. Enjoy the charm of nature on a bicycle or on long hikes past lush meadows. You can also get active with some climbing. Coming from Kössen, drive on the B176 to St. Johann. Here, turn onto the B161. You drive from St. Johann in Tirol towards Kitzbühel; at Oberndorf Mitte, turn right and follow the signs for "Penzingbahn".
