Location

The lifestyle aparthotel is located in Runhof in the heart of the Ötztal valley, just a few minutes' drive from Längenfeld. The ideal starting point for hiking and biking in Austria. In Längenfeld and the surrounding area, you will find a large hiking region with marked trails, paths, climbs, and treks. For culinary alpine hikes, high-altitude and panoramic tours, ambitious summit climbs, or athletic mountain runs. Set off directly from the hotel, hop on your bike, or take the hiking bus into the mountains.

Facilities

The elements of fire, earth, air, and water are omnipresent in the aparthotel. High-quality furnishings for comfort and relaxation can be experienced in all rooms. Available: reception area with front desk, à-la-carte restaurant (limited capacity, reservation at reception recommended), café, rooftop terrace with drinks fridge (for a fee), a small shop with natural products, and an elevator. Wi-Fi usage throughout the entire hotel area included.

When booking with breakfast: Guests compile their breakfast individually in the online breakfast shop by 6 PM the previous day up to a value of € 20.- and it will be available the next morning from 7:30 AM in the breakfast niche directly in front of the studio (no buffet!). Breakfast orders are also possible before check-in.

"ÖTZTAL INSIDE SUMMERCARD" (Not valid on arrival day, valid all day on departure day - opening hours may vary depending on weather conditions): Includes 1 entry per day per swimming pool and swimming lake such as Waldbad Haiming, Freischwimmbad Sautens, Erlebnisbad Ötz, Badeanstalt Piburger See Oetz, Badesee Umhausen, Freischwimmbad Längenfeld, and Freizeitarena Erlebnishallenbad Sölden; Includes 2 entries per card (excluding sauna) for 3 hours at Aqua Dome in June and September; One-time entry to the Water Area 47; Includes entry to various museums such as Ötzi-Dorf Umhausen, Turmmuseum Oetz, Heimatmuseum Längenfeld, Motorcycle Museum Naturpark Haus Längenfeld, and Holzschnitzerei Längenfeld; Includes use of the Längenfeld minigolf course; Includes use of all public buses, as well as hiking buses; Includes 1 daily use of the summer mountain lifts for one ascent and descent (bike transport is not included!).

Hotel service

* No daily cleaning of the studios. From 6 nights, an intermediate cleaning of the studios is included in the middle of the stay.
* Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge upon arrival.
* Special requests for the studio (e.g., separate beds) must be communicated at least 1 day before arrival.
* Price for baby cot: € 15.- per stay payable on site - no over-occupancy of the studios possible.
