The Familotel Landgut Furtherwirt is situated in a quiet and idyllic location, far from the hustle and bustle, yet still easily accessible. The hotel is located in a valley basin, nestled between Kirchdorf and St. Johann, and offers a breathtaking view of the majestic Kitzbühel Alps. A noise-protection wall separates the hotel from the road, ensuring absolute peace and relaxation. The idyllic surroundings at an altitude of approximately 687m invite you to take relaxing walks and hikes. The town center of Kirchdorf and the St. Johann train station are only about 2 km away and thus easy to reach. Salzburg International Airport is approximately 60 km away, allowing for a quick arrival from all over the world. This quiet yet well-connected location is the perfect starting point for a varied holiday, whether in summer or winter.
Especially in winter:
Start your cross-country skiing tour right in front of the hotel's doorstep. Nordic winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy more than 700 kilometers of free cross-country trails (with the exception of the Pillersee Valley) in the Kitzbühel Alps. The Furtherwirt offers a skier service for all guests. The hotel guest card offers great mobility, as the bus ticket is included and provides a connection to 8 different ski areas: St. Johann, Oberndorf, Kirchdorf, Erpfendorf, Kitzbühel, Going, Ellmau, and Waidring. Every Friday and Saturday, the mobile ski rental comes to the hotel, offering you the opportunity to rent ski equipment for your children on the spot and return it there as well. The nearest lift is approximately 2 km away.

Facilities

The Familotel Landgut Furtherwirt consists of several interconnected buildings and offers comprehensive amenities that ensure a successful family holiday. Inside the hotel, there is 1 restaurant and 1 bar, which provide culinary delights and cozy evenings. For further relaxation, the lounge is available, while the café offers an ideal place to unwind. The spacious garden area with a sunbathing lawn invites you to linger in nature. For our younger guests, there is a children's pool, a children's playground, and a playroom, which ensure plenty of fun and variety. In addition, free childcare and free children's entertainment are offered so that parents can also enjoy time to themselves. For active guests, there are numerous leisure options, including a bicycle storage room (free of charge) and the opportunity to rent bicycles. The hotel also provides parking spaces free of charge, while a garage can be used for a fee. Pets are also welcome for a fee. The elevator and reception provide additional comfort, as does the free use of sun loungers and parasols on the terrace.

The family rooms in the Wiesenhof (DF2, approx. 28m²) offer a balcony or a terrace. The room features a double bed and up to two extra beds and is equipped with seating, a room safe, cable TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms feature either a shower or a bath with a hairdryer.

Family suite

The spacious and newly renovated family suite (2FS, approx. 50m²) features a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. The suite offers 2 bathrooms and a balcony or roof terrace with a view of the quiet inner courtyard or the farm. It offers a connecting door between the two rooms, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a room safe, and a telephone. The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed.

Family apartment

This apartment (APF, approx. 60m²) offers a spacious layout with a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. There is one bathroom (two possible on request, subject to availability) as well as a balcony or terrace with a view of the meadows or the quiet inner courtyard. The room is equipped with seating, a room safe, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a telephone, and a hairdryer. It features a connecting door between the rooms.

Single with child room
