Location

Spend a relaxing yet eventful holiday in Ischgl. Hotel Post (altitude approx. 1377 m) is located right in the centre. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are just about 10 m away. The nearest sight (Alpinarium) is about 10 km away. Another worthwhile attraction (Silvretta High Alpine Road) is about 20 km away. In See, approximately 17 km away, a picturesque bathing lake awaits all water enthusiasts. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool Waldbad Silvretta in Ischgl, about 1.6 km away. The public indoor pool Silvretta Center, about 250 m away, invites you to enjoy swimming regardless of the weather. Sunny Mountain Adventure Park (reachable by the Kappl cable car) is about 16.7 km from the hotel.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. A (free) hiking bus takes you to the directly adjacent Silvretta Arena hiking area with a total hiking trail network of approx. 12 km in length and the Paznaun-Samnaun hiking trail area. The hiking bus stop is about 300 m away. The Silvrettaseilbahn cable car is also just about 300 m away. Due to its special location, your holiday resort is perfect for cyclists. You can let off steam on a bike path located directly at the hotel and on an extensive overall network of approx. 75.2 km.

The wide range of events, the unique village centre, and the impressive mountain scenery make it a special destination. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape on a mountain bike or during extensive hikes past lush meadows and green forests. An extensive network of cycle paths and well-marked hiking trails offer the optimal conditions for this.

Facilities

The Hotel Post, a family-friendly 4-star superior hotel partly renovated in 2018, offers a welcoming lobby with seating areas, a reception, a wine cellar, an e-car charging station, and its own farm, in addition to its 85 accommodation units. Indulge in culinary delights at the à la carte restaurant "Ursprung", another restaurant, and a parlour. You can end an eventful day of your holiday in good company at the hotel bar "Bar 67". A terrace is also available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
