You can really let off steam on a cycle path located directly at the house and a vast total cycle path network of about 200 km.
In winter, the accommodation is especially suitable for alpine skiers, cross-country skiers and for extensive winter hikes. A free ski bus (according to the local timetable) is available. You will find the ski bus stop opposite the house at a distance of approx. 150 m. For beginner skiers, a practice lift (approx. 1.5 km away) is available. The Isskogelbahn cable car in the Zillertal Arena ski area is only about 150 m from the house. The nearest cross-country ski trail is located directly at the house. A hiking trail directly at the house invites you to cozy winter walks.

The 5 towns of Gerlos, Zell am Ziller, Königsleiten, Wald and Krimml together form the Zillertal Arena ski area.
The TOP winter sports region with its perfectly groomed slopes is an eldorado for snowboarders and skiers and offers freeriding possibilities, practice lifts for beginners, and various snow-making systems. Various refreshment stops and of course après-ski opportunities ensure sociability off the slopes as well as warm drinks and meals in between. 3 snow parks, including the Snowpark Action-Park Kreuzwiese Zell am Ziller, and a toboggan run also promise lots of fun.

Enjoy the charm of nature on a bicycle or during extensive hikes past lush meadows and green forests. A vast network of cycle paths and well-marked hiking trails offer optimal conditions for this. At the same time, the area can also be wonderfully explored on horseback, by Nordic walking, or downhill on the way down into the valley. Pure nature can also be found in the Hohe Tauern National Park (approx. 40 km). Especially in summer, you can excellently combine nature experiences and sports activities in and around Gerlos while swimming at the bathing lake in Schlitters (approx. 36 km away) or in the Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen outdoor pool (approx. 25 km). You can also be active in tennis, climbing, or slacklining. Improve your handicap while golfing, prove your courage in the high-rope course, and take a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride. Spend an eventful day at the leisure park in Zell am Ziller (approx. 17.2 km). Play a round of mini-golf.
