Location

Spend your days actively in your holiday region of Tyrol. The Hotel Zontaja (in a panoramic location at approx. 1,584 m) is located about 800 m from the center of Galtür. Cafes and restaurants as well as shopping facilities are about 800 m away. Use your holiday for an excursion – our tips: Alpinarium Adventure Museum (approx. 1 km), Ischgl (approx. 9 km), bathing lake in See (approx. 25 km), Ischgl thermal spa in Ischgl (approx. 15 km) and the Spiel-, Sport- & Wasserpark leisure park (approx. 25 km) with tennis and football courts.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. A hiking bus (free of charge) will take you to the directly adjacent Silvretta-Verwallgruppe hiking area with a total hiking trail network of approx. 250 km. The bus stop for the hiking bus is located directly at the hotel. The Birkhahnbahn cable car is also approx. 2.8 km away. You can be active on a cycle path located directly at the hotel with a total cycle path network of about 25 km, enjoying the scenery at the same time.

The comfortable Hotel Zontaja, partially renovated in 2022 and rated 3-star superior, offers a total of 37 rooms, a reception hall with a fireplace, a reception, a terrace,
a luggage storage room, an e-bike charging station, an e-car charging station, and a drying room for clothing. For your culinary well-being, there is a restaurant and the
hotel bar, as well as a cozy lounge area. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
