Location

Spend sporty, active days in your holiday region of Tyrol. The Hotel Zontaja (in a panoramic location at approx. 1,584 m) is located about 800 m from the center of Galtür. Cafes and restaurants as well as shops are about 800 m away. Use your holiday for an excursion – our tips: Alpinarium Adventure Museum (approx. 1 km), Ischgl (approx. 9 km), swimming lake in See (approx. 25 km), Ischgl thermal spa in Ischgl (approx. 15 km) and Spiel-, Sport- & Wasserpark leisure park (approx. 25 km) with a tennis court and a football pitch.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. A hiking bus (free of charge) will take you to the directly adjacent Silvretta-Verwallgruppe hiking area with a hiking trail network of approximately 250 km in total. The bus stop for the hiking bus is located directly at the house. The Birkhahnbahn cable car is also approx. 2.8 km away. You can be active on a cycle path located directly at the house with a total cycle path network of about 25 km and enjoy the scenery at the same time.

The comfortable, partially renovated in 2022 Hotel Zontaja with 3 stars Superior offers, in addition to a total of 37 rooms, a reception hall with a fireplace, a reception, a terrace,
a luggage storage room, an e-bike charging station, an e-car charging station and a drying room for clothing. For your physical well-being, a restaurant and the
hotel bar as well as a lounge are available. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
