The idyllic village of Berwang impresses not only with its central location but also with its wide range of opportunities. In addition to a broad range of events, your holiday resort offers a unique combination of tradition and modernity, a variety of cultural, natural, and sporting experiences, as well as an extensive selection of restaurants. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape with extensive hikes or by bike or mountain bike. Well-marked hiking trails offer the optimal conditions for this. The area can also be wonderfully explored on horseback or during Nordic walking. Especially in summer, you can combine nature experience and sporting activity excellently in and around Berwang by swimming. Climbing or playing mini-golf are also great ways to be active.
As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Berwang reveals its winter splendor. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and ice skating are just some of the activities you can enjoy. The snowy landscape can be admired particularly well on a winter hike with or without snowshoes, during a cozy carriage ride, or on a ski tour. A game of ice stock sport and tobogganing is also great fun. The free ski bus (stop directly on site) is available to hotel guests. In this wonderful region, hotel guests can experience wonderful winter hikes and cross-country ski tours.

Facilities

After a successful extension, the hotel presents itself as a modern hotel, furnished in Tyrolean style, with all comforts and surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes. The 4-star Hotel Thaneller offers a total of 110 comfortable living units with natural materials and warm colors, a welcoming reception hall with seating, a reception desk, and the event hall, "Heustadl," with a bar and a total of 260 seats. The highlight of the hotel is its own brewery, "Stadl-Bräu." In the breakfast room and two restaurants, one of which is à la carte, there are numerous delicacies to spoil guests culinarily. After a summer hike or a cold ski day, the wellness area with various saunas, an indoor pool, and other facilities offers maximum relaxation. To stay connected while on vacation, free Wi-Fi is available at all times.

Double Room Standard

The modern rooms, equipped in a typical regional style, feature a double bed, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, shower or bathtub, toilet, and balcony or terrace (DS, approx. 16 m²).

Double Room Comfort 2 extra beds

These comfort rooms are more spacious and, in addition to the double bed, have two fold-out beds, otherwise equipped similarly to the standard rooms (Z2C, approx. 25 m²).

Double Room Luxury 2 extra beds

The spacious "Luxury" rooms are similar in equipment to the comfort rooms, but only offer a balcony (Z2L, approx. 30 m²).

Single Room (on request)

The small but comfortable single rooms are similar to the standard double rooms, but offer a fixed single bed for sleeping (E, approx. 16m²).

Berwang ski area: Altitude: approx. 1,075-1,740 m The winter sports area with its wide, perfectly groomed slopes is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages and features practice lifts for beginners, various snowmaking facilities, and a clear piste map with detailed information boards. Various huts invite you to stop for a break near the pistes. A toboggan run promises a lot of fun.
