Location

The modern and comfortable Hotel Heitzmann is located in the heart of the popular resort town of Zell am See, just a few minutes from the beautiful Lake Zell and surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama. The pedestrian zone with shops, cafes, and restaurants is about 30m away and invites you to stroll and linger. The lifts to the summit of the Schmittenhöhe can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes and are a good starting point for hikes. The Zell am See train station is also only about 5 minutes away.

Directly in the center of Zell am See, Zell am See train station approx. 350 m. Zeller Bergbahn funicular and ski school approx. 120m, ski rental approx. 50m, ski bus approx. 30m, winter hiking trails approx. 50m, cross-country ski trail approx. 2km.

Facilities

The design and boutique hotel offers a total of 48 rooms, all furnished in a modern style. The "Two Timez" boutique hotel is located about 10m away. Guests can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and a variety of culinary options in the hotel bar, chillout lounge, the cozy winter garden, one of the two restaurants, or the rooftop bar on the hotel's roof with a magnificent panoramic view over Zell am See (open daily from 5 PM to 11 PM, weather permitting). The rooms are accessible by elevator, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. For relaxing moments after an active day, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath are available.

Double room

The comfortable and bright design rooms are furnished with great attention to detail, featuring a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as a double bed, extra bed, seating area, rental safe, telephone, bathrobe (incl.), mini-fridge (for a fee), Smart TV (40-55 inch), radio, and Wi-Fi (incl.) in the room. Some rooms also have a balcony (approx. 30m², D).

Suite

The very spacious suites are cozily furnished with wooden elements, have no balcony, and feature a living/sleeping area with an extra bed and a separate bedroom with a connecting door to the living room. In addition to the bathroom, there is also a separate toilet; otherwise, the amenities are similar to the double rooms (approx. 51m², S2).

Information

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1st, 2025, there will be a new charge, the "Mobility Fee". The fee will be levied alongside the local tax per overnight stay and will be used for the expansion of transportation. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport at their vacation destination. The fee must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
- The mobility fee is a legally established charge and must be paid for all applicable overnight stays.
- From May 1st, 2025: €0.50, with a gradual increase of the amount, from May 1st, 2027: €1.10.
