Apartment without balcony

The apartments without a balcony are similar in amenities and are also 40m² in size, additionally featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed, but without a balcony (AP).

Apartment 2 BR with balcony

The 2-bedroom apartments with balcony are similar in amenities to the apartments, but are larger at approx. 60m² and feature two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as two bathrooms, each with a shower/WC (A22).
