Location

Hotel Kendler stands out primarily due to its central yet quiet location in Saalbach. Situated directly on the ski slope, it is the ideal accommodation for all types of winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, numerous events and outdoor experiences beckon for a mountain holiday. The town center, with various shops and restaurants for strolling, is approximately 200m away. For access to the hiking and biking paradise, there is a gondola lift (approx. 200m). Whether it's the fantastic mountain scenery, fresh air, beautiful snow, or radiant sunshine, Saalbach-Hinterglemm is worth a visit in any season.
Especially in winter:
Ski-in/ski-out access to the hotel is possible. Bernkogel lift approx. 20m, town center approx. 100m, ski and boot rental approx. 50m.

Thanks to its luxurious furnishings featuring high-quality materials paired with a personal flair, Hotel Kendler is an excellent choice for a family or active holiday. As a true family-run business, service and guest comfort are of the utmost importance to the hosts. This is achieved through the 63 modern-designed rooms, fine culinary offerings in the hotel's own restaurant, a gourmet experience in the "Herzlstubn", and the relaxing wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna landscape, and gym. In the "Valley of Games", water parks, exciting adventure hikes, and much more await younger visitors. Fun and action are also provided at the Kendler itself, for example in the playroom. Popular spots in the hotel also include the conservatory and the approx. 200m² garden area with a sun terrace.

Comfort Double Room

The "Classic" comfort rooms are furnished in a modern style with traditional elements and offer a double bed and double pull-out sofa, bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, cable TV with radio, rental safe, seating area, wellness basket with rental bathrobe for adults and children, bath towels, slippers, and cosmetic products (approx. 32m², DKO). Also available to book with a balcony (2CB).

Promo Room (Summer)

These are slightly smaller than the comfort rooms and are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child up to 14 years; they feature a double bed and a sofa bed, but do not have a balcony (approx. 20m², PRZ).

Single Room (Summer)

The single rooms, designed with a wood look, feature a cozy grandlit bed (120 x 220 cm) and an extra bed, and also include a balcony (approx. 18m², E).

Junior Suite (Summer)

The "Classic" junior suites, designed in warm colors and featuring a balcony, offer plenty of space and have a double bed, a double pull-out sofa, and an extra bed for sleeping (approx. 38m², JS2).

Junior Suite Deluxe (Summer)

The "Deluxe" junior suites with a balcony feature a double bed, sofa bed, extra bed, or double pull-out sofa, as well as a separate WC (approx. 38m², J2D).

Suite Deluxe

The 1-room suites of the "Deluxe" type are very spacious and cozy, offering a double bed, double pull-out sofa, bathtub and separate shower, as well as a separate WC. The suites also offer a balcony (approx. 44m², S2D).

Suite Comfort Deluxe (Summer)

The bright and spacious Comfort Deluxe suites with a balcony consist of 2 rooms: a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and extra bed, and a bedroom separated by a sliding door with a double bed and double pull-out sofa. The bathroom offers a bathtub and separate shower, double vanity, and separate WC (approx. 48m², CSU).

Double Room without Balcony

The double rooms (D, approx. 20m²) feature a double bed and a sofa bed and do not have a balcony. Otherwise, the rooms have the same equipment elements.

NEW from summer 2025: For all guests staying in the Salzburg region from May 1st, 2025, there is a new levy, the "mobility levy". The fee is charged in parallel with the local tourist tax per night and goes towards the expansion of transport. In return, all guests receive free use of public transport at the holiday destination. The levy must be paid regardless of the use of public transport.
