Location

Summer Special:
The Valsaa Alpinresort (Adults Only) is situated in a quiet yet central location. The town center is approximately 150 m away.
Winter Special:
In a quiet, prime location, approximately 50 m to the center and pedestrian zone, 300 m to the Schattberg X-Press gondola and ski slope, approx. 5 km to the cross-country ski trail, approx. 100 m to the ski bus, ski rental/ski school directly at the resort. The "Käpt'n Hook" adventure pool (approx. 600m) is also recommended as a further excursion destination for the whole family.

Facilities

The Valsaa Alpinresort offers two seasonally different concepts. In summer, it is an ADULTS ONLY (16+) hotel, and in winter, it warmly welcomes both couples and families. It provides a total of 106 elegantly furnished rooms in a modern style, where guests can make themselves comfortable and wonderfully switch off from everyday life. The Premium All-Inclusive Resort combines alpine chic with coziness and also impresses with delicious culinary delights in the restaurant, offering exquisite traditional and international dishes, as well as relaxing wellness moments in the "AlpinSPA" with various indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna oasis, and a panoramic meadow on the sky terrace on the 4th floor. A fitness room and the 25 m long sports pool are available for your workout program.

Superior Double Room

The cozy and high-quality furnished Superior rooms offer guests a large double bed and a pull-out sofa, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet and hairdryer, as well as a cosmetic mirror, toiletries, a bath bag with a bath towel and slippers, and a rental bathrobe. Further amenities include a balcony, cable TV, telephone, radio, rental safe, mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi (approx. 31m², DSU). These can also be booked as Superior single rooms with a double bed, with otherwise similar size and amenities. Twin beds are possible in the "Superior" room type (approx. 31m², DSE).

Junior Suite

The luxurious Junior Suites offer a bit more space, a double bed, and a double pull-out sofa. Twin beds are possible in the "Junior Suite" room type (approx. 36m², JS2).

Comfort Double Room (Winter)

All Comfort Double Rooms, approx. 26 m², are elegantly and stylishly furnished and all have a bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, TV, safe, mini-fridge, bath bag with bath towel and slippers, rental bathrobe for adults, and a balcony (DKO).

Junior Suite Type B (Winter)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Junior Suites, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 40 m² and newly furnished (J2B).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1st, 2025 onwards, there is a new charge, the "Mobility Contribution". The fee will be levied parallel to the local tax per overnight stay and will be used for the expansion of transport. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport in their holiday destination. The contribution must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
- The Mobility Contribution is a legally enshrined fee and must be paid for all liable overnight stays.
- From May 1st, 2025: €0.50, with a gradual increase of the amount, from May 1st, 2027: €1.10.
