Location

Especially in summer:
The Alpinresort Valsaa (Adults Only) is situated in a quiet but central location. The center is approx. 150 m away.
Especially in winter:
In a top quiet location, approx. 50 m from the center and pedestrian zone, Schattberg X-Press gondola and ski slope approx. 300 m, cross-country ski trail approx. 5 km, ski bus approx. 100 m, ski rental/ski school directly at the resort. Another recommended destination for the whole family is the "Käpt'n Hook" adventure pool (approx. 600 m).

Facilities

The Valsaa Alpinresort offers two different seasonal concepts. In summer, it is an ADULTS ONLY (16+) hotel, and in winter, it warmly welcomes both couples and families. It provides a total of 106 elegant, modern-style rooms where guests can get comfortable and wonderfully switch off from everyday life. The Premium All-Inclusive Resort pairs alpine chic with coziness and also impresses with delicious culinary delights in the restaurant featuring exquisite traditional and international dishes, as well as relaxing wellness moments in the "AlpinSPA" with various indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna oasis, and a panoramic meadow on the sky terrace on the 4th floor. A fitness room and a 25 m long sports pool are available for the workout program.

Double Room Superior

The cozy and high-quality furnished Superior rooms offer guests a large double bed and a pull-out sofa, a spacious bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a cosmetic mirror, toiletries, a bath bag with bath towel and slippers, and a rental bathrobe. Further amenities include a balcony, cable TV, telephone, radio, rental safe, mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi (approx. 31m², DSU). Optionally, these can also be booked as a Single Room Superior with a double bed, with similar size and equipment. In the "Superior" room type, separate beds are possible (approx. 31m², DSE).

Junior Suite Wellness

The luxurious junior suites have a bit more space, a double bed, and a double pull-out sofa. In the "Junior Suite" room type, separate beds are possible (approx. 36m², JS2).

Double Room Comfort (Winter)

All Comfort double rooms, approx. 26 m², are elegantly and stylishly furnished and all have a bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, TV, safe, mini-fridge, bath bag with bath towel and slippers, rental bathrobe for adults, and a balcony (DKO).

Junior Suite Silence

With otherwise similar equipment to the junior suites, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 40 m² and newly furnished (J2B).

NEW from summer 2025: For all guests staying in the Salzburg region from May 1, 2025, there is a new levy, the "mobility levy". The fee is charged in parallel with the local tax per overnight stay and flows into the expansion of transport. In return, all guests receive free use of public transport at the holiday destination. The levy must be paid regardless of the use of public transport.
