Location

The modern and alpine designed Carpe Solem in Rauris is located at approx. 950 m above sea level, immediately near the center and invites sports enthusiasts and nature lovers to a holiday in the Austrian mountains. For self-catering, there are already small shops after approx. 200 m. Other worthwhile destinations are the Rauris mini-golf course (approx. 1.5 km), Rauris outdoor pool (approx. 2 km), Tauerngold Adventure World (approx. 15 km) as well as the city of Zell am See with Zeller Badesee lake (approx. 28 km) and the Mozart city of Salzburg (approx. 50 km). The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable cars are directly at the accommodation and all cable cars in Zell am See are only approx. 20 km away. The nearest bus stop is approx. 100 m away.
For winter sports enthusiasts, the hotel offers direct access to the Rauriser Hochalmbahn cable car right at the hotel as a highlight, enabling an active day in the Raurisertal ski area. Alternatively, the Zell am See ski area is also available for adventurous descents (approx. 20 km away).

Facilities

The family-friendly 4-star apartment resort CARPE SOLEM, built in 2022, offers a reception, an indoor infinity pool, a terrace (open all year round) and an e-car charging station, as well as an approx. 1000 m² wellness area with various saunas, a children's pool, a relaxation room, and an alpine rooftop garden, among other things. The à la carte restaurant "Das Albert" is available for culinary delights. Cyclists can use the hotel's own bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests at all times.

Family Room

The holiday apartments, designed in many wood tones, have a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Furthermore, the rooms offer flat-screen TVs with cable TV, a shower, toilet, hairdryer and a balcony or terrace (approx. 35m², DF2).

Family Room Superior

The modern and bright Superior holiday apartments are equipped similarly to the family rooms with 1 bedroom, and in addition to the bathroom, they also have a separate toilet and are slightly larger (approx. 50m², F2U).

Family Single Room Type A

These are equipped similarly to the family rooms, but have 2 bedrooms and a living area, and are significantly more spacious (approx. 65m², 2FA).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new levy, the "Mobility Tax".
