Location

The Wohlfühlhotel Unterbrunn is centrally located in Neukirchen, with a connection to the Wildkogelbahn valley station (approx. 150 m away). Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the ski slope (approx. 250 m away), the ski bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the ski rental service located on-site. For skiing beginners, there is a ski school about 100 m away. A mountain railway is also within walking distance, offering numerous opportunities to be active in the surrounding area and to relax wonderfully in the accommodation after an eventful day.

Facilities

This traditional property, featuring a manageable 25 rooms, is divided into a main building (hotel) and the Unterbrunn guesthouse. Additional rooms are located in the B@home holiday house, approximately 70-100 m away, which is part of the complex. The rooms are furnished in either a modern or traditional style, reflecting the typical country house aesthetic. In the hotel, guests can expect a reception area, a cozy hotel bar, an elevator, a restaurant with a pizzeria, and free Wi-Fi in all buildings. For maximum relaxation, a wellness area with an indoor pool is available to guests, where they can unwind or soothe tired muscles after skiing.

Studio (Winter)

The studio is furnished with traditional elements and is located in the main building (hotel). It is designed for 2-3 people and features a double bed plus a pull-out couch. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as cable TV (flat screen), alarm clock radio, telephone, free Wi-Fi, safe (possibly for a fee), and seating areas, as well as a partial balcony (approx. 29m², S12).

Studio Apartment Type B (Summer)

Also located directly in the hotel, this matches the studio in terms of amenities and size and is available for booking in the summer (S2B).

Junior Suite

The modernly designed, spacious junior suite in the main building (hotel) offers more space, featuring a bedroom with a box-spring double bed and a separate second bedroom with a single bed, pull-out couch, or bunk bed. The other features match those of the studio (approx. 38m², JS2).

Double Room (Winter)

The double rooms are located either in the guesthouse or the B@home holiday house and are best suited for 2 people. They feature a cozy double bed and equivalent room amenities, though without a telephone (approx. 23m², D).

Studio Apartment Type A

These studio apartments are slightly more spacious and are also located in the guesthouse or B@Home house. They feature a double bed (box-spring) and a pull-out couch or bunk bed (approx. 25m², AST).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the Salzburg region from May 1, 2025, there is a new "mobility levy." The fee is collected in parallel with the local visitor's tax per night and is invested in transport expansion. In return, all guests receive free use of public transport at the holiday destination.
