Zell am See ski area/City Express gondola approx. 7 km, ski bus approx. 1 km, ski school and ski rental approx. 2 km. Winter hiking trails into the nature reserve start from the hotel.

The country hotel, which was completely renovated and partially rebuilt in the summer of 2024, has 23 rooms and features a lounge, a restaurant with a conservatory and lake view, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the hotel area. A private swimming lake with a bathing jetty, sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, beach chairs, and lounge furniture are available outdoors.

Double Room Comfort French Balcony

These cozy double rooms (2CD, approx. 20m²) accommodate 2 people and feature a comfortable double bed as well as a French balcony. Modernly equipped, they include a bathroom with a shower and WC, hairdryer, cable TV, a small refrigerator, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.

Double Room Comfort French Balcony Type B

These Type B double rooms (ACD, approx. 20m²) are suitable for 2 to 3 people and impress with a double bed and a pull-out bed that offers space for an additional person. The room also features a French balcony, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and WC, hairdryer, cable TV, a small refrigerator, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.
