Location

Spend a unique holiday in Kaprun. The Hotel Victoria by VAYA (altitude approx. 800 m) is located about 1.6 km from the center. Cafés and restaurants, as well as shopping facilities, are about 1 km away. The nearest attraction (Kitzsteinhorn Glacier) is about 6 km away. The public indoor pool Tauern Spa is about 5 km away for weather-independent swimming fun. Experience pristine nature in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. A hiking bus (for a fee) will take you to the directly adjacent Zell am See-Kaprun hiking area. The hiking bus stop is about 50 m away. The Kitzsteinhorn cable car is also about 6 km away. You can get active and enjoy the scenery on the "Tauern Radweg" cycle path, which is about 50 m away.
In winter, the accommodation is particularly suitable for alpine skiers, cross-country skiers, and for extensive winter hikes. A free ski bus (according to the local timetable) takes you directly to the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area. The ski bus stop is located about 50 m from the hotel. A practice lift (approx. 1.5 km away) is available for beginner skiers. The Maiskogelbahn cable car in the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area is about 1.1 km from the hotel. Another cable car (Gletscherjet to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier) is about 5.1 km from the hotel. The nearest cross-country ski trail (Kapruner Moor) is about 3 km away. The popular hiking trails Sigmund-Thun Klamm, Maiskogel, or Schmitten invite you for pleasant winter hikes just about 50 m away.
