The hotel boasts an incredibly desirable location, being just about a 5-minute walk (approx. 400 meters) from the center of Kaprun. The Tauern Spa Kaprun, with its 20,000 m² thermal baths, wellness, and spa facilities, is only about 1.5 kilometers away – pure relaxation guaranteed.

The guesthouse offers comfortable rooms, a quiet lounge with cable TV, and an extensive sauna area. The hotel provides guests with a total of 13 rooms, all of which are comfortably furnished and decorated with bright furniture.

Double Room Type A

The double rooms (approx. 22 m²) are cozily and warmly furnished, featuring a double bed, a sofa bed or extra bed, bathroom or shower, cable TV, toilet, Wi-Fi, and central heating. Some rooms have a balcony (DA).

Double Room Type B

The double rooms Type B (approx. 30 m²) are identically equipped but offer a double bed and a double sofa bed for sleeping arrangements and have a balcony (DB).

Single Room

The single rooms (approx. 16 m²) have similar furnishings but are smaller and do not have a balcony (E).
