The Residenz Hochalm is located in the popular holiday region of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, near the border between Salzburg and Tyrol. Due to its elevated position, it offers a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The centre of Hinterglemm, with its culinary offerings and shopping facilities, is reached after approx. 3.5 km. In summer, the Hochalmbahn (approx. 200m) or the Zwölferkogelbahn (approx. 3km) serve as ideal starting points for your hiking paradise.

The bright and comfortably furnished "Itüpferl" rooms with a side mountain view offer a double bed and pull-out couch, as well as a bathroom with a shower, vanity mirror, hairdryer, and separate toilet. Furthermore, the room is equipped with a telephone, cable TV (32-inch flatscreen), radio via TV, safe, minibar (possibly for a fee), Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace, and a bath bag with sauna towels, bath slippers, and bathrobe for adults (included) (approx. 23-26m², D).

Family Room "Mitanand"

The generously designed "Mitanand" family rooms offer more space, featuring a combined living/sleeping room with a double pull-out couch and a second sleeping level with a double bed accessible via an open gallery. Further amenities are similar to the double rooms (approx. 35-40m², DF2).

2-Room Suite "Wohlfühln"

The elegant and newly renovated 2-Room Suite "Wohlfühln" impresses with a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The living/sleeping area includes a double pull-out couch and a seating area. The exclusive bathroom offers a freestanding bathtub, a shower, and a double vanity. For a hot drink in between, a Nespresso machine with tabs (starter kit) is provided (approx. 57m², S2).
