Spend a sporty and active holiday in Dorfgastein. The Bergparadies apartment complex (approx. 812 m above sea level) is located just about 200 m from the center. Cafés and restaurants, as well as shopping facilities, are only about 200 m away. In Bad Gastein, about 12 km away, a picturesque lake awaits all water enthusiasts. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool Solarbad in Dorfgastein, located approximately 100 m away. In Bad Hofgastein, about 10 km away, the public Alpentherme invites you for weather-independent bathing fun.
In summer, the accommodation is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Take excursions into the beautiful landscape of your holiday region. The hiking area Salzburger Sportwelt is about 100 m away. The hiking bus stop is approx. 100 m away. The Fulseckbahn cable car is right on your doorstep.
In winter, it is the ideal starting point for winter hikes and cross-country ski trails. The next lift to the Dorfgastein-Grossarltal ski area is about 700m away.

Facilities

The Bergparadies apartment complex, built in 2013, offers you a welcoming reception area with seating, a reception, an e-bike charging station, and an e-car charging station, in addition to a total of 41 residential units. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights in the breakfast room. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel area.
A lockable ski and snowboard storage room with ski boot dryer, accessible from the building, is available for your winter sports equipment.

Destination information

Especially in winter: The resorts of Salzburger Sportwelt, Großarltal, Hochkönig, Gasteinertal, and Dachstein together form the Ski Amadé ski area, with only one ski pass needed for all resorts. The winter sports area features perfectly groomed slopes. With floodlights, the slopes can also be enjoyed at night. Various restaurants and, of course, après-ski options provide sociability off the slopes and opportunities for warming drinks and snacks. A snow park and a toboggan run also promise plenty of fun.
In winter, the resort impresses with its impressive mountain scenery in addition to its central location. Furthermore, there are some interesting day trip destinations in the vicinity of Dorfgastein waiting to be visited. Particularly recommended are Burg Klammstein, about 4.1 km away, and the Alpentherme Gastein, 9.1 km away. As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Dorfgastein presents itself in winter splendor. Now, due to the proximity to the Ski Amadé ski area with its total of around 860 km of slopes, the main focus is naturally on winter sports. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and ice stock sport are just a few of the activities you can enjoy. At the same time, there is an opportunity for snow tubing. The snow-covered landscape can be admired particularly well on a winter hike with or without snowshoes or on a ski tour. Tobogganing is also a special kind of fun.
