The spacious and comfortable rooms (each 24 sqm, separated from each other) feature cable TV, telephone, radio, minibar (for a fee), shower or bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, and balcony. The rooms consist of two double rooms, each with a double bed (CI2). Optionally bookable with two double beds, one extra bed, and a single sofa bed (CI4).

The meal plan starts with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on departure day.
* Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM): Rich and varied breakfast buffet with rolls, pastries, several whole grain breads, various jams & honey, assorted cold cuts, ham and bacon, soft-boiled eggs, fresh juice, muesli, cornflakes or similar, milk, fresh fruit, and breakfast beverages.
* Lunch: "Light Lunch": Salad buffet (at least 3 different types), 1 cheese and 1 cold cut platter each, assorted bread types, hot dishes such as: hearty soup (e.g., goulash soup), pasta dishes, Kaiserschmarrn, sausages, Gröstl, minced meat patties, Leberkäse and mashed potatoes, etc.
* Packed Lunch: Full board starts with dinner on arrival day and ends with lunch or a packed lunch on departure day. Guests can prepare their own packed lunch upon prior arrangement. The packed lunch consists of: 2 rolls, 1 sweet item, 1 drink, and 1 piece of fruit. The provider reserves the right to introduce a voucher system to offer lunch to guests arriving before 12:30 PM, but not on departure day. This means that a guest staying for 7 days receives a "Light Lunch" 7 times.
The price of lunch is included in the total price.
* Dinner: Three-course menu with choice (at least two main courses to choose from) and an additional salad buffet or a corresponding themed buffet. Dinner is served at the standard of the respective hotel category. Children have the option to choose from an adult menu.
* Drinks: Non-alcoholic soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner.
