Spend a sporty and active holiday in Altenmarkt. Hotel Brückenwirt (approx. 850 m above sea level) is located about 800 m from the center. Cafés and restaurants as well as shopping facilities are about 300 m away. The nearest sight (local history museum) is about 1 km away. In Eben, about 2 km away, a picturesque bathing lake awaits all water lovers. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool in Radstadt, about 4 km away. The Amadé thermal spa is about 900 m away and invites you to enjoy swimming regardless of the weather. The wildlife park Untertauern is about 9 km from the hotel.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. A hiking bus (for a fee) will take you to the directly adjacent hiking area Altenmarkt with a total hiking trail network of approx. 30 km and the Ennsrundweg trail. The hiking bus stop is located directly at the hotel. The Starjet Flachau cable car is also about 6 km away. You can get active on the "Ennstal Radweg" (Enns Valley Cycle Path) located directly at the hotel and enjoy the scenery at the same time.

Facilities

The 3-star Hotel Brückenwirt, partially renovated in spring 2024, offers a welcoming lobby with seating areas, a reception, an indoor pool, a terrace, and a TV club room, as well as a beautiful wellness area (approx. 180 m²) with various saunas, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin. For your culinary well-being, there is a restaurant, the hotel bar, and a cozy Stüberl. Cyclists can use the hotel's own bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

The comfortable and bright rooms (D, approx. 20-22 m²) have cable TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed.

Double Room with 1 extra bed

The bright and comfortable rooms with an extra bed (Z1D, approx. 20-22 m²) have cable TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a fold-out bed for the third person.

Double Room with 2 extra beds

The double rooms with two extra beds (Z2D, approx. 24 m²) have the same amenities as the double rooms with one extra bed, but with two fold-out beds as sleeping arrangements for the third and fourth person.

Family Room (bookable in summer only)

The brightly and comfortably furnished family rooms (DF2, approx. 30-40 m²) have cable TV, telephone, radio, bathroom with shower or bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of two sleeping areas, each with a double bed or 2 fixed single beds. The family rooms either consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door or 2 separate rooms without a connecting door, located next to each other.

Single Room (on request)

With identical amenities to the double rooms, the single rooms (E, approx. 14-20 m²) consist of a sleeping area with a fixed single bed. Single rooms can only be booked on request.

All Inclusive

Board begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast. Daily buffet breakfast, small lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM or packed lunch, coffee and cake in the afternoon from 4 PM to 5 PM, evening 3-course set menu with choice of main course, from 11 AM to 9 PM beer, wine, soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water - no spirits! Especially in summer: 1x farmers' buffet per week.
